Regarding Efforts to Reduce Risk from the Coronavirus

We extend our deepest gratitude for your continued patronage of our club. Due to the current outbreak of the New Coronavirus, we will be making changes to how the  club operates in an effort to prevent spread and protect all guests and staff. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

  1. Employees Will be Wearing Masks

We have implemented a series of measures to prevent infection from the New Coronavirus outbreak and one of these is that our employees will wear masks.  This is implemented as a precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and employees, it is not an indication of any employee feeling unwell. We thank you for your understanding.

2. Alcohol Disinfectant

We offer an alcohol disinfection station at the club entrance. Please disinfect your hands carefully with alcohol before entering the premises. (We are currently low on our alcohol stock but we will maintain the installment as long as supplies last.)

3. Restaurant

Currently, our club offers a buffet style lunch, but we will be changing this to a special lunch menu. For more information, please refer to the accompanying notice.

4. Ceremonies

To prevent spread of infection, all club award ceremonies have been cancelled.

 ① Open competition: Unchanged. (No award ceremony due to half counting.

➁ Other competitions: Monthly Tomonokai Cup, Excellent Monthly Cup, etc.

5. Temperature Check

    We will ask all customers to check their  temperature at the club entrance. Those with a temperature of  37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to play or enter the  building.

* We will not be able to accept post play parties until further notice.
